Investment

The area of investment is a central area of the international service portfolio of Perfect Timing Holding in conjunction with the internationally active companies, shareholders, investors, partners, project partners, consortia, suppliers, and subcontractors. The investment is aimed at the area of acquiring stakes in other companies. Initially, these were investments in the USA in large and well-known companies in the construction, hotel, and media sectors.

Until the early 2000s, this portfolio was specifically expanded by industrial investments and takeovers of service companies of the old economy in the USA and Asia.

The strategy aims at a minority stake in large national and international corporations that – largely independent of the volatility of the markets – achieved sustainable and solid returns. At the same time, since 2004, some start-ups have been supported by investments, which were then regularly sold on fair terms but still profitably to the founders after a holding period.

Since 2005, the portfolio of Perfect Timing Holding has been systematically expanded by intensifying the media and consulting sector as well as by new projects in the areas of F&B, software development, and healthcare.
